Acceptance of passenger applications
Applications are accepted by JSC "Pasazieru vilciens":
- in writing – sent by mail or submitted in person
- electronically – sent by electronic mail: pasts@vivi.lv or by filling in the electronic form in the section "Contacts"
- we listen to customers by phone 80007600, but please send the application in electronic form
- verbally expressed at presence, by writing down and executing in form of application
Applications can be executed and submitted also in JSC "Pasazieru vilciens" Customer Centre located in Riga Railway Stations at Stacijas laukums 2.
We remind that submitter’s name, surname, address and, if required, other information must be stated compulsory in the application that help contacting the submitter of the application, e.g. phone number, electronic mail address, etc. The date the application is submitted must also be stated in the application.
! JSC “Pasazieru vilciens” doesn’t respond to anonymous complaints and applications.
