Found/lost baggage
If you find or lose something on the train, call 8760 (service available 24 hours a day). Office hours: weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., weekends and holidays from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- An act is prepared for a found baggage or individual item that is lost in the passenger train where the description of baggage or item is given an it is delivered to the responsible employee. The found baggage or item is stored in Riga passenger station not more than 72 hours, then it is handed over to the police office.
- To get back the baggage or the item, the person who has lost it, presents a personal identification document, states his/her address and phone number and certifies his/her right to the found baggage or item by naming the features thereof and by describing it.
