Personnel

Objective of personnel strategy of JSC “Pasazieru vilciens” is to be a mobile and dynamic company the development whereof is achieved by extending the present and by obtaining new competences of employees and by attracting new personnel resources.

Our company employs employees of railway industry with a narrow professional specialization:

  • engine-drivers;
  • railway operation and transport engineers;
  • planners and organizers of train movement.

Preparation of each expert of railway industry is a work-, time- and financial resources consuming process. So, when assessing the composition of employees, we conclude that the replacement of employees is topical during the coming 7-10 years. It is connected with the proportion of number of employees aged above 45 in the company.

And this is a great challenge!
