- Large families and families with children or adult persons with disability group I or II: discounts on trains and regional buses of up to 50% off the full ticket price and 40% off the season ticket price; for students – 90% off the full ticket price. Free travel on certain days, e.g., 4 May, 11 and 18 November.
- Unaccompanied children from the age of 7: entitled to fare concessions until the age of 19, upon presentation of a certificate for social guarantees.
Conditions for receiving fare concessions:
Presentation of valid personal identification documents is required, e.g., long-term visa or residence permit, student ID, “Goda ģimene” (3+ Family card) certificate, or social guarantee certificate for orphans and unaccompanied minors.
In accordance with the law, Ukrainian citizens with a valid long-term visa or residence permit are entitled to a disability assessment under the Disability Law. If disability is confirmed, a disability certificate is issued, which must be presented when receiving fare concessions.
