Quality policy
1. The medium-term objective of JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” is to improve the quality of services provided and gradually increase the number of passengers (trips) carried.
2. The following priorities are constantly being implemented and developed in the company for the achievement of the specified aim:
2.1. provision of high-quality and safe passenger transport services in compliance with the customer's requirements;
2.2. ensuring maintenance, repair and modernization of high-quality and safety-guaranteeing rolling stock;
2.3. compliance with the legal requirements;
2.4. continuous assessment of the supplied complete sets of products, materials and equipment, as well as services;
2.5. continuous training of staff to ensure the required qualification and raise the level thereof;
2.6. continuous maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
3. Quality policy is binding to all the JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” employees.
4. The Quality Management System of JSC “Pasažieru vilciens” is based on ISO 9001 standard.
5. All the employees and interested parties are aware of the quality policy.
