What Happens After a Whistleblower Report is Submitted?
When a Whistleblower Report is received, the submitter's personal data is pseudonymized. The whistleblower’s personal data, the report itself, any attached written or material evidence, and the materials related to the review of the report are classified as restricted information.
Anyone (or any institution) who receives a Whistleblower Report or handles it in any way is required to ensure proper protection of the whistleblower's personal data. This data can only be shared with persons (or institutions) who need it for investigating the report, for the case initiated based on the report, or for the protection of the whistleblower or their relatives.
